Architectural Idea

The building is designed in the style of a modern residence with elements of a country villa. Its image is shaped by a clear horizontal composition of three wings united by a central space. The visual highlight is the open terrace with a wooden roof structure and large glass surfaces that open the interior spaces toward the garden. Dark clinker brick, wood, and natural stone are extensively used, emphasizing the connection between the architecture and the landscape.

Functional Structure

The house is designed on a single level with three main zones:

• The central part includes a kitchen-dining area and a living room with an open layout and access to a covered terrace. The interior is accentuated by a wooden rafter roof structure, forming a spatial arcade.
• The left wing houses the master bedroom with its own bathroom and walk-in closet.
• The right wing includes two guest bedrooms, a shared bathroom, and utility rooms.

On the entrance side, a double carport is integrated into the roof structure.
