Project
Production and warehouse complex in Bila Tserkva

This facility is a modern response to the needs of medium-sized industrial businesses, combining production, warehouse capacity, and office spaces within a single technological volume. The project is designed based on the principles of rapid assembly, modular flexibility, energy efficiency, and clear functional logic.
Architectural idea
The building is designed in a contemporary industrial style. Its appearance is shaped by minimalist volumes with a metal structural system, wide column spans, and a rhythmic facade grid. The exterior cladding is made of sandwich panels with a smooth surface in a light grey and white spectrum, emphasizing the technological nature of the facility.
One of the key architectural highlights is the glazed insert of the administrative block with a clearly marked entrance. The transparent staircase core with vertical glazing serves as the visual centerpiece of the composition and provides natural light to the common areas.
Functional structure
The complex has two levels:
- Ground floor — production and warehouse. The main area is divided into three functional zones: a polymer materials processing workshop; a raw materials warehouse; a finished goods warehouse. These spaces are separated by fire-rated partitions and have individual access points, ensuring safe logistics.
- Second floor — administrative. It includes: office spaces, technical rooms, restrooms, staff rooms, and service corridors. Access is provided via a central staircase and two emergency exits.
Each functional unit is autonomous and connected to its own utility nodes, allowing for flexible adaptation of the space in response to changes in the production process.
