Project
Parkview House mixed-use complex

This object is an architectural interpretation of the contemporary urban environment, combining residential, commercial, and recreational functions. The project is designed with a focus on ecological integration, visual openness, and organic interaction with the terrain and green areas.
Architectural Idea
The buildings are executed in an expressive contemporary style, characterized by organic forms and an open structural logic. The visual identity of the complex is defined by semi-elliptical volumes that open towards the landscape, creating panoramic view axes. The main emphasis is placed on tiered columns that form a distinct rhythm and outline the boundaries of the glass façade. The interior space partially extends onto the roof, where landscaped terraces are located.

Functional Structure
The complex consists of several residential and office blocks up to 9 stories high, with a clear functional division:
- Lower levels — public and commercial (shops, offices, service areas);
- Middle and upper floors — residential apartments with panoramic glazing and access to balconies or loggias;
- Usable rooftop — with landscaped terraces for residents (wind protection structures, garden zones, trees).
Structural System
- Load-bearing frame — monolithic reinforced concrete with external decorative arches;
- Façade — structural energy-efficient glazing with vertical shading fins;
- Entrance areas are integrated into transparent volumes, highlighted by double-height atriums.
Urban Planning Solution
The complex is located on Michurina Street in Kyiv, on a slope, which allows for the creation of a multi-level public square with a continuous landscape. Around the buildings are spaces for local activities, pedestrian alleys, bicycle infrastructure, and greenery. The site is divided into public, semi-public, and residential zones.
