Project
Park Residence multifunctional recreation complex

This object is a contemporary response to the demand for youth infrastructure, combining educational, leisure, cultural, and recreational functions. The project is created based on the principles of openness, spatial integration, and architectural expressiveness within the public realm.
Architectural Idea
The building is designed in the style of contemporary neoclassicism with elements of urban modernism. Its image is defined by a symmetrical main façade with a colonnade, pediment, and spacious entrance that creates a representative effect. Glass inserts, large-format windows, and deep reveals give the building a sense of lightness while ensuring natural lighting of the interior. The contrast between classical forms and modern materials emphasizes the innovative purpose of the structure.

Functional Structure
The complex has two main levels with an open space in front of the main facade:
- First floor — public and educational. It houses spaces for learning, coworking, lectures, workshops, as well as a café and a waiting area.
- Second floor — leisure and cultural. It includes event spaces, lounge areas, rooms for meetings and creative activities.
Informal communication zones are provided on both sides of the building, while the rear part allows flexible reconfiguration depending on the required scenario. Exterior landscaping (benches, green islands, lighting, bicycle parking) forms a new type of youth-oriented public space.
