Project

New generation medical center

This project represents an innovative approach to the architecture of healthcare facilities. The core idea is the integration of a humane environment, modern technology, and green design. Compositionally, the building is conceived as a space of health, recovery, and respect for the individual.

Architectural idea

The building features a distinct, sculptural form with a strong geometric rhythm on the facade. Its visual identity is based on protruding cubic volume modules, creating a complex texture with deep shadows and dynamic lighting effects. The facade is clad in warm, textured tiles in shades of red clay, evoking associations with the natural environment.

A unique feature of the project is the integrated greening system — niche planters are embedded into the facade’s rhythm. The roof and the building’s interior cut include multi-level gardens with trees and plants. A transparent vertical element between two volumes forms a visual “street” — a semi-open atrium with vegetation that connects the landscape to the interior space.

Functional structure

  • The main volumes framing the facade likely accommodate wards, doctors’ offices, laboratories, or administrative units.
  • The transparent central section may serve as the entrance area, reception, public zone, or an atrium with vertical gardens.
  • The upper level with an open green roof is a potential recreational zone for patients and medical staff.

The project reimagines medical infrastructure not as a technocratic box, but as part of an ecosystem — a place that heals not only physically, but also emotionally, through connection with nature.
