Project
Modular residential building concept with mechanism

This object is an example of an innovative approach to the housing of the future — mobile, ecological, and adaptive to the needs of the user. The project is designed as a compact module that can be used as a guest house, office, studio, or residential unit along a single axis.
Architectural Idea
The building follows a minimalist aesthetic with an emphasis on transparency and connection to the surrounding environment. Full-height glazing on the main façade ensures visual openness and natural lighting, while blurring the boundaries between the interior and the landscape. Simple lines, a flat roof, an integrated large light fixture, and minimalist furniture emphasize the concept of functional purity.

Functional Structure
The residential module is organized as an open space with the possibility of transformation. Its functional structure includes:
- Main zone — a spacious living area with a place for rest, smoothly extending onto an outdoor terrace.
- Outdoor terrace — with a fireplace, soft furniture, and shade protection, it serves as an extension of the living zone and offers opportunities for outdoor relaxation.
- Panoramic glazing — not only visually enlarges the space but also provides effective natural lighting.
Features
- Compactness and mobility allow the modules to be installed in challenging conditions — on plots without complex infrastructure.
- Aesthetic adapted to the natural environment — clean geometry contrasts with the living landscape.
- Suitable for mass production with variability in interior planning.
