Project

Modular frameless residential building series

This project is a systematic solution in the field of affordable and rapidly assembled housing. The series of houses is designed in response to the need for compact, energy-efficient, and easily scalable living environments. The main goal is to provide a comfortable space with minimal time and resource expenditure for construction.

Architectural Idea

The concept is based on the principle of functional minimalism and seriality. The houses feature a simple rectangular form, mono-pitched or gable roofs, and rhythmic placement of windows and doors. The main focus is on the internal organization of space: each layout option ensures full living conditions for a family of 3–5 people.

Functional Structure

The series includes several typical options that differ in the number of rooms and interior layouts:

  • 1–3 bedrooms, a kitchen-living room, a bathroom, and a utility zone;
  • All modules are oriented for energy-efficient zoning to minimize heat loss;
  • The layouts are developed with optimal natural lighting and compact movement logistics in mind;
  • A full engineering infrastructure is provided, including a ventilation system, illustrated in diagrams (showing air duct distribution by room).

Structural Solutions

  • The frameless system is based on prefabricated panels with high thermal insulation performance;
  • All elements are manufactured in factory conditions, which significantly reduces on-site assembly time;
  • Facades are made of light-colored panels, adapted for mass production;
  • The foundation system is minimalist, designed for lightweight construction.

Urban Planning Solution

  • The houses can be arranged linearly or in blocks, forming entire neighborhoods in the context of new developments or temporary settlements;
  • The master plan demonstrates rational placement along streets with minimal impact on the landscape, including parking and landscaping.

Intended Use

This housing series is designed for:

  • rapid response in emergency situations;
  • temporary housing for displaced persons;
  • mass development of new residential areas;
  • modular settlements suitable for reassembly at another location.
