Horsch industrial building

This facility is an example of modern industrial architecture where functionality is combined with expressive design. The complex is designed as a two-block structure with clear zoning: the production area is located deep within the site, while the representative administrative block highlights the main facade.

Architectural Idea

The building features a restrained yet expressive aesthetic: minimalist volumes, horizontal lines, and a contrast of finishing materials. The main facade is finished with light-colored sandwich panels that emphasize the scale of the production block, while the corner administrative volume stands out visually through panoramic structural glazing and dark horizontal cladding.

Functional and Visual Solutions

  • The administrative zone is located at the corner of the building with a separate entrance and a glass vestibule, creating an open and representative environment.
  • The production area is both compact and spacious, featuring multiple sectional gates and high canopies for freight transport.
  • The panoramic glazing of the administrative block not only enhances daylighting but also serves as an architectural highlight.
  • The roof extends on cantilevers to form a sheltered unloading front.
  • The surroundings include landscaped areas, an organized entry, paved driveways, and parking spaces in front of the main entrance.

Architectural Style

The building is designed in the style of modern industrial functionalism — prioritizing simplicity of form, material efficiency, and clear zoning. The architecture is not only functional but also reinforces the company’s image through balanced proportions and contrasting facade finishes.
