Project
Facade design project for the Simplicity Residence residential building

Simplicity Residence is an example of restrained and rational architecture that emphasizes functionality, purity of form, and harmony with the natural environment. The building is designed for comfortable living for a modern family, taking into account the needs for privacy, convenience, and visual calm.
Architectural Idea
The main feature of Simplicity Residence is strict geometry, concise volumes, and a complete rejection of decorative elements. The house is designed in a minimalist style, using monofabric clinker brick in a warm tone, creating a restrained and monolithic appearance. The geometry of the façades is expressed through deep window openings without exterior ornamentation, as well as clearly defined horizontal lines of terraces and floor slabs.

Functional Structure
The building has two floors:
- The first floor serves as a shared living space. Thanks to large windows, the interior is well-lit and maintains visual contact with the site.
- The second floor is the private area. It includes several bedrooms, a bathroom, and an open terrace that extends the interior space.
Each façade of the house is functionally aligned with the layout. The entrance group and the rear façade have different architectural expressions, emphasizing the logic of site zoning.
Aesthetic of Simplicity
The façades create a sense of integrity and solidity. The only ornamentation is the brick texture, which adds depth under different lighting conditions. Minimalist metal terrace railings, dark joinery, and the absence of superfluous details form a modern image dominated by order and tranquility.
Simplicity Residence is a project where architecture steps back to highlight the quality of space, light, and material.
