Project
Facade decoration project of the agricultural complex of the company “VM GROUP” in the city of Boyarka

This architectural project envisions the exterior renovation of the agro-industrial complex (AIC) of the company “VM GROUP,” located in the city of Boyarka. The main goal is to give the complex a modern appearance, ensure effective protection of building structures, and emphasize the company’s image as a technologically advanced production unit.
Architectural Idea
The visual identity of the complex is based on contemporary industrial architecture with clean lines, rhythmic openings, and a restrained material palette. The main emphasis is placed on the contrast of textures — light gray panels of the Liberta Grande 102 facade system and darker inserts of Sharp 40 lamellas, creating a layered horizontal effect.
The architecture combines the rigor of a functional approach with the aesthetics of a corporate environment, highlighting the modernity and technological sophistication of the enterprise.

Functional Structure and Finishing
The project includes the facades of the administrative and production complex with a clearly organized main entrance, driveway to the warehouse facilities, and a separate guard post.
Key Solutions:
- Facade system Liberta Grande 102 (area: 249 m²): large-format panels with concealed fastenings that form a smooth monolithic surface.
- Facade system Lamella Sharp 40 (area: 138 m²): aluminum lamellas with expressive relief that emphasize the dynamic facade rhythm.
- Windows – uniform openings (OK1) sized 1800×1500 mm, total of 26 units.
- Materials: primary walls made of aerated concrete blocks (76.7 m³) with mineral wool insulation boards (34.6 m³) ensuring thermal insulation.
Structural Elements
- Plinth section – concrete base finished with a concrete-texture appearance, visually separating the light facade systems from the ground.
- Roof – flat, with organized water drainage through vertical downpipes.
- Shaped elements – custom-made profiles by Rauta Group, ensuring precise adaptation of connection nodes.
Technical Features
- All nodes are developed in accordance with industrial facade requirements and coordinated with the manufacturer’s technical consultants.
- Structures are adapted for fast installation, feature high wear resistance, and are protected from environmental influences.
- Window, door, and corner junctions are thoroughly designed to ensure airtightness and durability.
The facade renovation project for the AIC “VM GROUP” in Boyarka demonstrates an example of modern industrial architecture, where aesthetics do not conflict with functionality.
The use of proven facade systems and logical volume composition creates a distinctive architectural image that emphasizes the company’s stability and technological advancement.
